Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and just a short drive from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the magnificent north-west region of Mallorca, Finca Tomas offers complete privacy with amazing views of the Tramontana mountains.



This classical Majorcan villa is traditional in style with the impressive palm tree lined gardens and the breathtaking views really being the jewel in the crown of this traditional and inviting home.



The living room with its slanted wood-beamed ceilings really captures the Majorcan authenticity. It offers comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with entertainment systems, including satellite and a DVD player. It is also luminous with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the side terrace with lovely mountain views alongside the inviting swimming pool.



There is a dining room just off the living room, leading through to a fully fitted kitchen with all the amenities. There is also a utility room for extra convenience.



Finca Tomas boasts three spacious bedrooms; the two twins are located on the ground floor with a bathroom located conveniently in between the two in the hallway. As you make your way up to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom; perfect for that extra bit of privacy.



The outside is impressive offering a partially covered barbecue area; perfect to get a bit of respite from the midday sun and to lunch outdoors. Not to mention the beautiful pool and gardens, in what feels like, the middle of nowhere. It really is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe and finish off with a dip in the pool. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Highly recommend for car users wanting a traditional villa with stunning surroundings

Lovely traditional Majorcan property surrounded by mountains and greenery. Spacious inside, felt like we had plenty of room for 6 people and lovely outside areas including a big terrace with built-in BBQ. Well maintained and clean with everything you need. The pool was also lovely and well maintained by the property company. Good location if you have a car - close to Cala St Vicenc, Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca. It is located down a rough track but this doesn&#39t really impact your stay - just makes it feel a bit more of an &#39escape'! I think if the security gates at the end of the drive could be utilised this would be better and feel more secure especially as we did have unknown cars randomly drive down a couple of times. Also the Wifi needs to be improved - it didn&#39t work most of the time we were there.

Schöne großzügige Finca mit großer Terrasse und sehr schönem Pool. Reinigungsservice während des Aufenthalts. Warum nur 3 Sterne Bewertung? - Schlechter Durchfluss Warmwasser - Fehlende bzw. einfache Ausstattung (z.B. kein Wäscheständer) - Betten z.T. defekt und durchgelegene Matratzen - Ausstattung insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Zufahrt über sehr holprigen Schotterweg

Good choice

The house is excellent. The pool is clean and fairly big. Everything worked well. Ity is a bit difficult to find in the dark when you arrive. We enjoyed the stay in the beautiful garden. It was close to the beach and Port Pollensa.
