Villa La Sorteta De Cuxach is situated in a quiet, idyllic location near the centre of the town Pollença, which is famous for its historical monuments, as well as its surrounding fields and natural beauty. The charming holiday home has a Majorcan flair and a cosy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2-storey country house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area, which is equipped with a veranda with lounge furniture and a sun terrace. From there you reach a lawn with a pool and sun loungers, where you can relax and unwind, surrounded by a beautifully-landscaped garden and the mountain panorama on the horizon. The covered barbecue area with an additional outdoor kitchen provides for further culinary experiences. A supermarket is 1 km away and the nearest restaurant with local specialities is 450 m or a 6-minute walk from the property. Those who long for a dreamlike, sandy beach will find it in Port de Pollença, only 6 km and an 8-minute drive from the accommodation.

The house is in a great part of Pollenca.

Pros: The house was in a lovely location with beautiful views to the mountains. The gardens and pool were lovely too and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was also very clean. Francisca the host was very helpful.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful villa!! Generously sized for our family of four. Very well equipped. Gardens full of citrus trees. The kids loved picking the lemons and making lemonade! Pool was amazing. Great size and warm enough to stay in during May. Easy walk into Pollença town centre with its fabulous market on a Sunday morning. Supermarket close by and very good restaurant just a three minute walk away. Would definitely return. Thank you Francisca for a great stay in Mallorca x

Simply amazing! Family of 4!

This villa truly has everything you need for a relaxing and sociable stay. The outdoor space, including the patio and pool, is beautifully laid out. It’s so easy to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing in the shaded seating area, sitting at the table, or even cooking indoors and still feeling connected to everything outside. It’s those thoughtful touches that really make a difference, especially for parents.We had so much fun at the villa. It offered plenty of space for everyone and was the perfect base for exploring the local area. The location is another highlight. We had a car, which I’d definitely recommend, as it made visiting the nearby beach coves, Alcudia Old Town, Port de Pollença, and several supermarkets really convenient.There’s also a brilliant shop just a little walk away, or a couple of minutes in the car - the Pollenca Shopping Centre. Despite the name, it’s actually one huge shop that sells just about everything you might need. It’s located right next to a Lidl and another supermarket, so you’re really well covered for supplies. Perfect if you’ve forgotten something or just want to stock up with ease.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning! Xx

Ein toller Finca-Wanderurlaub in Pollenca

Pros: Sehr gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Tramuntana-Gebirge oder Richtung Cap Formentor. Herrlich erfrischender Pool, liebevoll gestalteter Garten. Gute hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr freundliche Vermieter-Familie, kümmert sich während des Aufenthalts um Garten und Pool. Francisca ist per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich hervorragend um alle Fragen. Zitronen, Orangen und Pampelmusen darf man im Garten pflücken. Außenküche mit Grill. Gute Lage: Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt von Pollenca für einen Cocktail oder spart sich den überteuerten Mietwagen ab dem Flughafen - der Bus 301 der TIB fährt von Palma direkt zur Haltestelle "La Font" in der Nähe der Finca. Auch LIDL und Eroski kann man fußläufig erreichen. Für den Strand nimmt man die 231 nach Sant Vicenc oder das lebhafte Port Pollenca. Dort gibt es auch einige Mietwagenverleiher und zahlt weniger als die Hälfte wie am Flughafen.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage war ideal für unsere Ausflüge, aber auch an den Strand zu kommen und ins Städtchen zu laufen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und man kann sich dort nur wohlfühlen
