この2ベッドルーム、2バスコンドミニアムは、鳥の聖域、桟橋、夕日を一望する壮大な眺めを備えています。 朝のコーヒーを飲みながらバルコニーに座って、漁船が外に出て、息をのむような夕日を眺めながら一日を終えることができます。 湾岸の砂糖白砂とエメラルド色の海からわずか数歩です。 ユニット418は、寝台ソファ48インチテレビ、ダブルグライダーリクライニングラブシート、スイベルロッカーリクライニングチェアを備えた新しいリビングルームの家具など、完全に塗り直され、改装されました。 また、新しく布張りのダイニングルームの椅子とバースツール。 32 'テレビ付きの新しいマスターベッドルームのベッドカバー、ユニットの新しい装飾。 ゲストベッドルームにはツインベッド2台と20インチテレビがあります。 パラダイスでの夢の休暇中に快適な滞在をお約束します。

Quiet getaway

Clean, no frills roomy apartment was perfect for our get-away. The secluded patio was a plus; gated parking, shopping carts to bring in supplies, attended front desk, full kitchen and only the distance of probably a block to the beautiful beach made it a great stay.

The perfect beach rental location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is slightly outdated (for example, master toilet leaks if you don’t jimmy with the lever right after flushing). The building itself is in a much worse shape, but none of that was an issue to us since we spent most of our time on the beach. The short walk to the beach makes it the perfect location. .We met up with a friend there who rented a different unit on the same flat that was better decorated, and the kids spent most of their indoor time there.

A great 8 weeks in Destin at The Islander Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at The Islander. Our experience was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff were all amazing, friendly and very helpful. They have a great snowbird community there and we were made to feel welcome and enjoyed the many activities offered at The Islander. The unit we were in was very clean when we arrived, however, the unit itself could do with a bit of updating. The property itself was immaculate and the staff were always making improvements.

Positives: great location (central to so many restaurants & activities), clean when we arrived, rest of hotel maintained nicely, loved having 2 chairs & umbrella per room and the property management staff were fairly quick to answer questions via VRBO. Cons: No employees wore masks including those cleaning the rooms (to me that's incredibly irresponsible during a pandemic). Front desk staff barely looked you in the eye or seemed happy to be there.

Snow Bird Vaca 2023

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented condo 418 for my brother and sister n law. The co do is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet is old and needs cleaned, there are spots all over it. The living room furniture is old and you sink in it when you sit down. Paint is peeling on the bathroom walls. I have stayed in other units at the resort and they have been much nicer. We found bugs in the unit. Reported it to the front desk and it took 5 days to get it sprayed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third year at the Islander.The unit was misrepresented to me online.Old and outdated wooden doors&trim, broken bath fixtures and plumbing.Old,rusted appliances.Carpeting discusting.Last day noticed black mold on pantry ceiling! Do not stay in this unit. It is hazardous.I stayed with other family members most of the time. Positives; nice T-Fal cooking items, Nice sunset views, and resort amenities. Overall a Great disappointment.
