Villa Blue Mantzourana is a one double bedroom maissonette which may accommodate up to 4 people. Its areas are made up in four different levels.



Guests over 2 can sleep in the double sofa-bed in the living room.



The villa is fully equipped with all comforts of the modern way of living, which we have quietly incorporated, in order to ensure a totally comfortable and relaxing stay and the traditional atmosphere and style of the property. It comprises a balcony at the upper floor and one bigger, half covered veranda at the lower, both with village, mountain, valley and partial sea view.



It is dated since the end of 1800, while in the past served as a store room for grains, oil, and wine. One of its areas was part of the wine press which does not exist now.



The heated (when required), communal swimming pool, fitness room, steam-bath, barbecue, bicycles, CD - DVD player and book library, are only few of the shared, free to use, facilities of the property. An organic and local products mini market is also available.



The traditional settlement of Samonas is a complete neighbourhood located in the village of Samonas, in the district of Apokoronas, at an altitude of 400 m and at a distance of 25 km from Chania.

The village still preserves its picturesque character since it is really very small and has very few inhabitants.



The settlement is built on a hill slope and it has such an orientation that it offers an impressive view from all dwellings. Looking over from the settlement's location, we get the impression that we could touch the Lefka Ori, or dive into the vast Cretan sea.



All of these dwellings are two-storey (marionettes) with unlimited view to the mountain and the sea. They are exclusively built in stone and wood to match their surroundings. Each is built at a different level due to the ground's steep slope, with common courtyards as well as independent verandas or balconies and quiet corners.



All dwellings are decorated with many small folksy objects, antiques and hand carved pieces of furniture. All incorporate the same comforts and luxury, although they differ in size and layout.
