This sunny two bedroom apartment benefits from its own wifi connection, air conditioning throughout the apartment, two full bathrooms, a cloakroom, master bedroom with access to the balcony. The balcony is a good size with direct sea views and views of the swimming pools. Perfect holiday accommodation.

Great accommodation and service

Fantastic location, accommodation was nice and worked well for us, super comfy beds and we loved the view from the terrace. The service from the office was always quick, helpful and friendly. We found it hard to navigate the complex, especially finding our way to the pool. A map and instructions to show the many building exits and directions to the pool would’ve helped

Comments on Marina Real 415

The apartment is lovely,beautifully furnished and excellent location,very private and quiet. Would definitely recommend. A visit from Duquesa Estates personnel during my stay, to be shown round the complex,would have been most welcome.. A torch and candles would be great as I arrived late during the blackout,so quite difficult to find my way,luckily I had stayed on a previous occasion and vaguely knew the layout.

Disappointing

Whilst the property has an idyllic position with a large terrace facing the sea, the property is desperately in need of an upgrade. There is plaster and paint peeling off the wall, so many cables piled together one wonders if it is not a fire hazard, endless junk in the drawers and an overflowing book rack. Very outdated - needs a face lift.

Nice location, beautiful size balcony and view of the sea. All the plates and cutlery that was in the cupboards was dirty when we arrived (just not cleaned well clearly). The clothes rack outside is broken, looks like it a has been for a while so just need a new one.

Nice Apartment in Lovely Location

Communication during the booking process was very good, directions & instructions were very clear. The apartment location was excellent with a large balcony & amazing sea views & pleasant, well maintained communal areas. Staff on reception were friendly & helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious & mattresses were comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was clean & spacious.

Muy bueno pero fallo en limpieza y mantenimiento.

Bonito apartamento, con muebles que lo hacen acogedor, camas cómodas, terraza amplia, con vistas al mar. Cocina bien equipada. Buena atención por parte de la inmobiliaria, aunque algunas cosas preferimos que las solucionaran después de nuestra marcha para no interferir en nuestros días de descanso.

Perfect Beach/Port apartment

Beautiful apartment . Perfect location with beach at the back and port just steps away . Everything you need in the apartment . Fully fitted kitchen , every possible utensil you need. 2 TVs. Extra blankets . Ccooler box and beach umbrella and lots of other little extras . Books , DVD player . Balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs .Sea view from balcony beautiful . Second time to stay here and highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back .

Enjoyable duquesa stay 2024

The apartment was very clean, a cut above most of the other apartments, however, what set this aside from the others apartments, that we saw was the view from the huge balcony. Simply stunning . Only negative, was that there some cigarette butts in the plant pot that had presumably been left by the previous occupants, although this was a non smoking apartment.
