There is a pebbled beach just a few metres from the property, where guests can hire boats, pedaloes or canoes.



The Space:

The Lago Maggiore apartment itself is located on the first floor of the building and is furnished in a modern and contemporary style. It has two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, as well as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a communal laundry room in the basement of the property where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Outside, this Lago Maggiore apartment has a private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Doors lead from the living area to this terrace. The terrace has a partial view of the lake and swimming pool.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of this Lago Maggiore apartment along with the private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area. It is situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake to swim out to.



Getting Around:

Since this Lago Maggiore apartment is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village very easily by train or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

We think this apartment offers the best of self catering with some services you are more likely to find in a hotel. Staff are on hand in the resort reception who can assist with questions you have during your stay and who can help organise taxi transfers, bike or boat hire among other things.
