Trendy Lower Manhattan Tribeca Loft Apt Location Near Subways

Great location in heart of lower Manhattan’s buzzy Tribeca neighborhood, with major subways right nearby. This 900 sq ft loft space is a lovely private alternative to a hotel in a low density, high profile historic NY area. Consists of a nice living/dining area with 2 separate sleeping areas adjacent to the living room. Works well for 1 couple, or traveling with a child or just 2 singles. There is 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in a 2nd smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 single beds in it, (1 over the other). Both 2 sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid construction wall (our ceilings are 12'8') and from living area by sliding fabric room dividers. Dining area with all service for 6, well outfitted kitchen with spacious bath tub/shower combo. Complete guest laundry in a separate adjacent private hall. Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes space before all visits. Note; We can book up to 2 months, although we may consider slightly longer. No commercial use including filming, studios,lessons or personal services or unusual hours. If calendar shows booked or dates conflict we have addtl VRBO options on this site, so ask us about them. We had a great time in TriBeCa. Lots of room plus handy to multiple subway lines. Convenient grocery and liquor stores less than a block away. Owner was very accessible - provided detailed communication prior to our arrival and responded promptly to any questions we had during our stay. Bonus - really interesting art hanging in the apartment.
Beth said: The owners were accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times through the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and we have everything we need at the apt. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great, and apartment was very quiet, which was a bonus.

This is a very comfortable, convenient place to stay. It is well outfitted and well equipped. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find. Good internet so it was very suitable for myself and my two children. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. This is a great area with excellent food right nearby and within walking distance of nearly all of the subway lines. Ubers all over so very easy to get everywhere. We could not have had a better experience.
