VILLA POLYXENI - LUXURY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL

Villa Polyxeni is a luxurious modern villa, ideal for families or a group of friends.It belongs to a complex of seven luxury villas called Kyma & Eros villas. It can be rent together with any other of our villas for bigger parties.Also we can organize for you the wedding of your dreams at the wonderful island of Kefalonia. Walking into Villa Polyxeni you will be greeted by the spacious modern open-plan living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Enjoy your morning coffee under the bougainvillea or al fresco dining under the pergola next to the built -in Bbq. Or spend your days relaxing by the pool under the shade of the umbrellas.

Amazing holiday in a lovely villa

We had an amazing holiday on a beautiful island in a lovely villa. My husband and I went with our 5 and 6 year old children and we all loved it - we were close to everything, the villa was clean and well presented. The cleaners were friendly but not intrusive and the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful. We were even given a cake half way through the holiday and there were a few little touches that you would normally pay a premium for. The pool was looked after every day and the owner is on hand if needed. My only slight negative would be the speed of the Internet but whilst it was a little bit frustrating, it kind of added to the relaxation of the holiday. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants to spend quality time with their family in beautiful surroundings.

Villa Polyxeni - A Little Gem

We have just returned from Kefalonia, and from start to finish we could not ask for more. Villa Polyxeni is a little Gem. The website photos do not do this place justice. The villa is situated in a quaint village called Svoronata. There are lots of Taverna’s and very friendly people. We went for long walks around the promenade late in the evening. There are also 2 sandy beaches within walking distance from the villa. The villa is very well presented, kept spotlessly clean inside and out thanks to Irene and her team. Irene is very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel at home. There is plenty of space to enjoy from the modern well laid out inside to the perfectly manicured and well-kept grounds and pool. The villa is well furnished with modern appliances, Insect screens, Satellite TV/DVD and a decent internet service. Many thanks also to Iro (Owner) who does her level best to make sure that guests at her villas have a fantastic holiday. Efkaristo IRO. We are looking forward to returning to Villa Polyxeni in 2017. This was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday ever.
