Fantastic Property, 1st Class Hosts
Although nestled within the Andalusian mountains, this property had everything a young family could need!!
The property sits 6km from central Marbella, with fantastic beaches within easy reach (5 min drive), supermarket on the doorstep & the wider Costa del Sol easily accessed from the property location. Car hire is a necessity in my opinion, but secure parking is available at the property.
The accommodation had absolutely everything - comfortable & spacious living area (easily accommodating a family of four), large private terrace with seating, hammocks & loungers, kids play area, toy room, bbq, and large pool terrace (which was kept immaculately clean). And if there was anything additional we needed, the host was always available to help/provide.
The hosts were absolutely brilliant, offering advice, directions and utensils for all places we looked to visit; and although the hosts live onsite, they have an impressive knack of being visible when help was required and aloof when not.
We really cannot speak highly of Volker and his family here, with Villa El Destino offering us a wonderful and memorable holiday to southern Spain - and one we're keen to revisit as the next available opportunity!
