Beautiful view

Owners are very responsive. This rental is in the walk out basement so you have access to an outdoor table to enjoy coffee on the morning. The home was very clean. Flowers when we arrived along with some treats on the counter was a nice touch after a long day in the car

Perfect get away during a busy trip. Beautiful location in a great area very close the I-25

The owners provided an excellent guide book for tours, restaurants and other things to do. Hacienda Mexican restaurant is a must! We spent 10 days in Colorado Springs and it couldn’t have been better! It was great coming back to this property and feeling like you were at home for the night after a long day. Highly recommend this location and hope it will be available next Summer on my return!

Eased the stress of moving

I spent a month here after moving to CO. The details about this rental stood out to me the most - there were cooking utensils, comfortable bedding, and other thoughtful items which made the space feel like I was staying with friends. DiAnna was welcoming and always actively trying to make the stay even better. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient for getting around the Springs. I would absolutely recommend this rental to my friends and family.

Wonderfully Relaxing, Spacious Home

While not listed as a traditional home, this spacious stay feels like a home. A large kitchenette area, expansive living room, large bedroom with a queen bed, and a nice bathroom combine to make this VRBO feel like you've rented a one bedroom home. A short two-minute drive from I25, the home is centrally located to place you within quick drives to whatever your destination: Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, or the downtown area. Rest assured that you are renting from wonderful owners who know how to treat guests!! We will return to this locale on our next visit.

Week in Colorado Springs

Lovely, clean property just the way it looks in the pictures. Need to park on the cul-de-sac but not a problem. DiAnna has graciously outfitted the apartment with many things you might not expect in a rental, such as sun tan lotion, band-aids, and beauty products as well as snacks, coffee and juice. The rental was quiet and the side deck was a nice added benefit.

Exceptional Colorado Springs Stay

My husband and I absolutely relished our time at Rocky Mountain Foothills Serenity. DiAnna really went above and beyond to treat us "royally". From the time we stepped inside, we enjoyed the spacious, luxurious apartment throughout. In the kitchen we found wonderful treats in-line with certain medical dietary guidelines and an extra fun touch for celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We'd rate our stay as exceptional! Great location

This apartment was perfect for my son and I. The location was beautiful, close to many stores and restaurants, and near many attractions. We felt comfortable and right at home. The small kitchenette provided dishes and small appliances suitable for quick snacks and meals. DiAnna was a sweetheart to work with. Thanks so much.

We're a former military family, now retired from active duty and pursuing other adventures. (Actually STILL a military family as we have 3 sons on active duty!)

We LOVE being in the foothills. Deck views of stunning sunrises are worth waking up early for. Deer are prolific here. So are bunnies. We have a bobcat that shows up often in the cul-de-sac. And in the fall, you might even spot a bear or two. We have a healthy respect for wildlife and keep our distance but it makes for some great photos! We're a block from a park and some nice hiking trails on the ridge. If you're fortunate enough to stay here for USAFA Graduation, the Thunderbirds practice maneuvers over the house.

We offer month-to-month rental at a significant discount off the Regular Nightly Rate. This discount is already applied to quotes for inquiries over 28 nights so you don't need to write and ask for a discount.

We provide weekly fresh sheets and towels for extended stays. Housekeepers are available upon request (at additional cost) for extended stay.
