Spacious ground floor apartment in the Siesta Beach complex with swimming pool, children's pool, communal

garden, large terrace that opens to the garden and pool area through a private gate, a few steps from the beach

and close to all amenities.

Furnished to make your stay very comfortable, it is located in one of the most sought after areas of La Cala and

33 km from Malaga airport.

From the front door there is access to the dining and living area, the terrace overlooking the garden and pool

area and these open onto the street that connects to the beach. The kitchen is open plan, with everything you

need for a self-catering stay. If you follow the hallway, you will find the master bedroom on the left, with en-suite

shower room.

To the right of the hallway are two bedrooms and the second shower room is at the end of the hallway.



This really great property has air-conditioning in the living room and fans, single beds to allow for the maximum combination of sleeping options, good sized living room with sofas, TV and wi-fi.



Please note that Siesta Beach has a strict siesta policy! This means that the pool is closed 14.00-17.00h especially for July and August.

Wifi included, communal swimming pool, free of charge. The area is perfect for walking, jogging, and enjoying

being outdoors in the sun, as the complex opens onto the famous promenade.

For check in after 22:30 there is a supplement of 20 euros payable on arrival.

Please do not leave the keys inside the door lock as the locksmith will have to be called and may be a charge to

you.Our team is always available to assist you. Please note that the swimming pool will be open from June 15th until

September 15th. The sun loungers and garden are at your disposal, thank you.

Pool opening times in July and August: 11.30-15.00 and 17.00 to 21.00



Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
