Villa Seaspray is a 3 bedroom luxury villa with stunning sea views which is located above the cliffs of St.Thomas beach on the south side of the island,in a just 5 minutes walking distance located St.Thomas beach where there is fish tavernas,cafe-Bar. With an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Ionian Sea and terrace with sea View ,it promises to offer an unforgettable experience in Kefalonia Island .What makes the villa unique is the amazing sea view in combination with all modern amenities.
Villa Thalassa consists of two floors,
In the ground floor located the dining room,kitchen fully equipped with oven/hob,microwave,coffee maker,fridge/freezer,Dishwasher,washing machine.
Living room with comfortable sofa,flat screen TV,door to patio/swimming pool,
Bedroom with Double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub,
Guests WC
On the upper floor there is
one bedroom with double bed,ensuite bathroom with bathtub,balcony door,
and a second bedroom with double bed,ensuite bathroom with bathtub,balcony door

Loved it!

Beautiful location, very comfortable villa and Themis, the property manager, was super friendly, helpful and responsive. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away, which was great for an early morning dip. We had a lovely stay.

Welcome to St. Thomas Villas, our villas are located in the seaside area of ​​Agios Thomas in the Southwest of the island. Our complex consists of seven villas where each has a private pool and can accommodate up to 6 people.
All our villas offer incredible sea views, complete independence and complete privacy.
Before and During your hosting, we are always available for anything you need.
Our goal is to achieve the most pleasant memories during your stay in our villas.

Villa Seaspray is located in Agios Thomas in the southwest side of the island, the advantageous location where it is builded offers amazing sea views. It consists of two floors, on the ground floor located fully equipped kitchen with oven,microwave,refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher,washing machine,Living room with satelite TV,patio door,A / C,Bedroom with double bed,closet,AC,with ensuite bathroom with sink, basin, bathtub.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, closet, A / C, ensuite bathroom with sink, basin, bathtub, balcony door, as well as a second bedroom with double bed,closet, A / C , ensuite bathroom with basin, bathtub, balcony door.
Outdoor located the private swimming pool, pergola with dining area, sun loungers,built-in BBQ.
What characterizes Villa Seapray is the unique view of the endless blue, the privacy and of course all the modern comforts.
