Great villa, fitted to a very high standard with helpful owner

Kefalonia Heaven is a lovely villa, with a great view out over the coast. It's finished and also equipped to a high standard with everything you could ask for - even small touches like a powerbank and electric coldbox to use when out and about. If there were any negatives, they were too small to be concerned about. Getting to the Villa for the first time was 'interesting' since Google Maps took us up some very small and steep roads, but we got there in the end (there is an easier way to find it). The drive is incredibly steep so parking the car became a daily challenge, but there is parking outside the villa as well. the owner, Andreas, was responsive and helpful when we contacted him. I would say that having a car is essential when staying here since it is quite high up on the hill so getting anywhere requires a car (or a taxi), but the payback is that the view is great. If you're looking for a modern, well equipped villa with great views, I can recommend kefalonia Heaven.

Heavenly stay at Heaven Villa!

The villa was beautiful, very well finished and furnished with everything you could need. The views are to die for and could easily have spent every day at the villa. It is a bit of a way out of the main part of the village so we chose to drive to restaurants etc. you could walk but very steep and windy roads in hot weather not ideal. This didn’t detract from our stay, however. Andreas is a fantastic host, who was very helpful and easily contactable if needed. He also got us some provisions in as we were due to arrive late at night. We hired a car and visited alot of the island. Highlights were Sami and the caves, Myrtos beach, Assos and Fiscardo which are all very pretty. We also did a boat trip to Ithaca. We can definitely recommend Heaven villa and know you will have a wonderful stay here.

Fabulous week in the sun

We had a fantastic week in Heaven Villa. The villa's position on the hillside is amazing with incredible views of the coastline. The villa is beautiful and much bigger than it looks online. It is extremely well furnished and the pool area provides comfy loungers and plenty of shade. Andreas is an excellent host who is always at hand if you need him. Such a lovely man. Thankyou Andreas, we will be back !

We had a fantastic holiday in Kefalonia in July 2020. The island is exceptionally beautiful. Kefalonia Heaven is a great property, modern and clean, with a friendly, flexible and helpful proprietor. The location acts as a good base for exploring the full island. I would highly recommend this villa for those that want a nice semi-secluded location with fantastic views and amenities.

Holiday hideaway

We stayed for a week in this property and as soon as we arrived we realised we needed a car. The property is a good mile away from the nearest shops but walkable if you don’t mind hills. Set about 800 metres up the views are fantastic - the property recently built is superb., a great amount of effort has been put into the design of the property - bathrooms , lighting , bedding etc perfect. The pool has views to die for , sun beds provided and inflatables and the balcony is a perfect spot for watching the sun go down. There is also an outdoor bbq but watch out for the wasps ! The owner Andreas is extreamly helpful and sorted us out with taxis from the airport and gave us numbers for hire car rentals. Would recommend this villa for anyone wanting a bit of luxury away from it all. Car essential

Beautiful villa with all amenities provided

Extremely spacious luxury villa located on the side of a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the coast. The accommodation had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living/dining area with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Andreas was very helpful with recommendations and information (even taking us to get some supplies from the shop when it rained!), and replied within a couple of hours whenever he was contacted. We loved the pool which came with a few fun inflatables. A decent shop is nearby (about 15 minutes walk down the hill) along with a bakery and pharmacy, but I would recommend having a car as the hill is pretty steep which makes the trek back quite hard! This spot is definitely a good place to have as a base for further exploration of the island.

Cannot reccomend enough!

We stayed here for a week in September, our first visit to Greece! When we arrived Andreas was there to meet us and showed us around. The villa being recently built is fantastic, modern and in an amazing location. Breakfast on the terrace by the pool overlooking the sea was fantastic and floating around in the pool was a great way to cool off on the hot days. You definitely need a car here and once you've mastered the car port once or twice its not a problem. We often ate out in Lourdata / Vlachata and its only a 5 minute drive to the main restaurants and 15 minutes to Argostoli which is easily do-able for an evening out. The day we left there was a major storm and the potential for disruption but Andreas was very helpful and accommodating incase our flight was cancelled but luckily we got away okay. Check out the guest book when you arrive as there is lots of useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable from guests who have stayed previously. If you are visiting Kefalonia you HAVE to stay here, we will definitely be back, thank you Andreas!

Fantastic Villa on a beautiful island.

The villa was fantastic and was by far the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The island is truly beautiful and the people very friendly and warm. Our average meal was around half the cost of the equivalent in, say, Cyprus and the food was varied and delicious. Two things to be aware of though. The roads are in a very poor state of repair, understandable when you consider the nations debt, so be prepared for some very tight squeezes as you venture on down to the beaches or up the mountains. The second point is the wasps! Cephalonia has a large problem with wasps and they tend to get everywhere especially when you sit to eat in any restaurant or tavern, you have been warned. If you go be sure to visit the harbour in Agostolian and watch the huge turtles as they get fed by the fishermen, quite a spectacle and the kids will love it. Get to the beaches, they are superb with white sand and shallow warm crystal clear water, a real treat as they never seem to get too busy either. Why not five stars? Well the wasps and the roads were bad but also there was a lot of barking dogs all night long which kept us awake on occasion. The villa was worth five stars though for its cleanliness and high tech modernness. Andreas the owner greeted us with gifts of wine and local confectionery, a lovely touch. The pool was perfect. The rooms all had aircon which was much needed as the temperatures averaged 30 degrees plus every day but there was no doubt at all about the main attraction.. the views! you are some 800 metres up the mountain overlooking the town and the sea below, absolutely spectacular and absolutely worth the hire car cost. Go there, you will love it.

Amazing Villa

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa for 5 days in September. Cannot complain about anything during our stay- the pool was lovely to come back to in the afternoon, the property was clean and everything looked new. The villa had all the amenities we needed and had stunning views of the coast of southern Kefalonia. One thing to note is that you will need a car as the nearest shops, beaches and restaurants are not within walking distance, but we found it a good base to explore most of the island. The owner Andreas was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay- we are already missing the villa and will have great memories of our stay there.

Die Villa und der Gastgeber verdienen eindeutig 5 Sterne! Die 2017 gebaute „Villa“ ist mit allen nötigen ausgestattet. Sollte es an etwas fehlen, steht Andreas immer parat! Was man wissen sollte, dass Haus befindet sich am Ortsrands auf der Anhöhe von Vlachata - ohne Auto ist man absolut aufgeschmissen und abgeschnitten. Lokale, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind fussläufig nicht zu erreichen. Dafür wird man mit einem Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer belohnt :-)

Very modern, fantastic views and nice pool

The villa is very new only built this year. The shower is fantastic, very modern well equipped kitchen, the pool is amazing and the views from the villa are awesome. The villa is up on the side of Vlahata hills; so a car is needed to get to places, including the main part of town which is a 5 min drive, but it is fantastic place for a relaxing week and to explore from. I would love to return.

Amazing villa

We spent an amazing week in this wonderful villa which has been completed to a very high standard. Facilities are excellent and very comfortable. We received a very warm welcome from Andreas. Excellent location on the island with beautiful views that take your breath away. It is wonderful being able to swim in the pool and still admire the view. We hope to return again next year. Spacious, comfortable villa with amazing pool

It was a wonderful weekend at Kefalonia for me and my family in one of the most beautiful villas of the island I have stayed in. Although we were the first visitors of this villa, everything was perfect. A beautifully decorated environment, extremely comfortable, functional and welcoming! The wonderful view of the whole area will be unforgettable, stunning sea views - even when you are relaxing on the bed you can enjoy the endless blue! 2 large pergolas make it even easier to enjoy the view. There are 4 comfortable sunbeds with pillows, garden shed, garden table, big sofa, swimming pool with waterfall. I will never forget the light effects during the night. Sleeping in this villa was excellent and we really relaxed this weekend. It is a very special villa close to Lourdas beach that we will definitely visit again, I hope for much longer time. Thank you Andreas for your hospitality :)

I was born in Kefalonia and lived here till I was 17. Then I stayed 5 years in Athens where I studied to be a civil engineer at the National Technical University of Athens. After finishing my studies I came back to Kefalonia which is the place of my heart and decided to stay here. I am working as a civil engineer since 2007. During my career, I have designed and constructed many houses that are planned to be villas to rent for my clients. Two years ago I decided to make my own, this one that is now presented, full of love for what I am doing and ideas I hope makes this project interesting.

The house is energy-saving, friendly for disabled people, and placed to have the best view that will give you relaxation. Also, privacy is secured in a place where people are extremely friendly. We offer a large swimming pool with a heated jacuzzi for 4 people, free of charge!!!
