Villa Mateu is a stunning holiday villa with lots of original features, situated in a peaceful spot on a quiet country lane



The villa is surrounded by beautiful lawns and outdoor space which make for perfect family holidays. The pool is larger than average (12 x 4 metres) and has a built in jacuzzi which make it even more inviting. It is a very peaceful location and the views of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains are stunning.



Guests have a choice of covered dining terraces: one is off the kitchen and has a built-in barbecue and its own lemon, orange and lime trees - perfect for your gin and tonic! The other dining terrace is off the sitting room and overlooks the pool and garden. Take your pick! You can also have a game on the outdoor pool table



Tastefully furnished with many original features, this holiday villa is immaculate and impeccably maintained. The ground floor is open plan and has a large, comfortable sitting room, dining room, a library and for our musical guests there is a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped



Villa Mateu accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. There is a double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who might prefer not to use the stairs. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom has stunning 90 degree views and an ensuite bathroom complete with an oval jacuzzi bath, and a walk-in shower. There are also two charming twin rooms which share a bathroom.



The villa is just 4 kms from Pollensa old town and 3 kms from Puerto Pollensa with its family-friendly, golden beaches. Both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa have a wide range of good restaurants, cafés and bars. There is also a bustling market on a Sunday in Pollensa and on a Tuesday in Puerto Pollensa.



This charming villa really does tick all the boxes. It is the perfect holiday villa for families with young children or teenagers, families holidaying with grandparents or for groups of friends.
