The apartment consists of a living / dining room with sea view, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher.
Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. 2 Bathrooms with sink, toilet and walk inn showers. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house. The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the staircase to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting and a pergola. Beautiful sea views from the solarium.

The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m. All at only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

1 Parking space in the building's underground garage is included.

The urbanization offers direct access to the beach

The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.

All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.

Wonderful penthouse with stunning sea views

A wonderful week stay in this penthouse apartment with all amenities.Host was very accommodating, helpful and communicated well. The apartment its self was 10/10. Thank you for having us. We will return.

The apartment was exactly as described & spotlessly clean. Pool outside space & furniture all excellent. Check in with Gerd was easy & thorough. Nothing not to like, we will return.Note, there are some steep steps to get to the rooftop, not a problem for us but maybe if any mobility issues.

Excellent appartement

Heel schoon, royale oppervlakte, fijn privé terras, keurig meubilair, goeie bedden, fijne inloop douche. Enig punt van kritiek is rioollucht in badkamers.

En general bien con algun pero...

En general bien, limpieza y apartamento correcto. Puntos negativos: entrada 2 horas más tarde de lo previsto porque las personas anteriores lo dejaron muy sucio y a la salida nos indicaron que habíamos gastado más luz de lo que estimaban para una semana, cosa que no entiendo cuando en toda la semana no pusimos el aire acondicionado, el horno le usamos una vez, el lavavajillas 3 veces, la vitro 4 veces, la lavadora ninguna, como no fuera el gasto de los ventiladores de techo y lo poco que el niño vio la tv, no entendemos nada ya que para una semana usamos lo mínimo. Si no parábamos allí... Que hubiera pasado si hubiéramos dado uso normal de una semana? Cual es la cantidad de kw que pretenden consumas en una semana? No nos cobraron nada adicional, porque dijo que dejabamos el apartamento muy limpio pero el comentario no nos gustó. No era justo. Con esto posiblemente no volvamos.
