The apartment consists of a living / dining room with a sofa bed, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher. Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and washing machine. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house.

The apartment has two terraces, one in front and one in the part of the solarium where the pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a lounge set. There is artificial grass and a security access door for the little ones. The terrace also has a kitchen counter top with sink and a small refrigerator.

A parking space in the garage.

The urbanization is textile Paraíso de Vera Playa, with green areas and a community pool for adults and children. Elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Electrical consumption: Stays of up to 21 days: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 10 KW / day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.

Stays of more than 21 days as well as all stays out of season: Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to consumption. There is a meter / counter in the apartment for your monitoring.

A very nice apartment with a lovely roof terrace which is private . The beach is only 300 metres away which is also very good with a selection of small cafes for drinks and food . We would recommend and happily stay at this apartment again . Gerd who manages the apartment is very helpful and efficient in all corresponding . Thank you Gerd .

Fabulous Apartment

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The contact with the owner was second to none both before our stay and once we arrived. He had notified us of some work being undertaken in the surrounding buildings and offered a different apartment, but we decided to stay with this one and so pleased we did as the works did not affect us at all. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could think of for a self catering apartment. The pool and upper terrace space were fabulous, the rooms and bed extremely comfortable and the well presented decorative touches made you feel at home. The apartment is in a semi urbanisation area with barriers onto the block, with a fantastic little bar at the end of the road. We cannot wait to book again

Gut angetroffen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und besonders auf der Dachterrasse sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Ausstattung war gut und brauchbar. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunkation mit dem Verwalter war sehr gut. Bei Problemen in der Wohnung (Rollladenhalterung defekt) hat er kurzfristig den Schaden behoben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen, da in der Feriensiedlung alle Häuser nach und nach saniert werden; der dadurch bedingte Baustellenlärm (zuletzt wurden nebenan die Fliesen der Dachterrasse abgestemmt) war für uns nicht mehr aushaltbar. Auch hier fanden wir gemeinsam mit dem Verwalter eine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Danke noch mal an Gerd. Grundsätzlich können wir die Wohnung nach Abschluss der Sanierungsmaßnahmen empfehlen.

The perfect place in the sun 🌞

Beautiful and well equipped apartment, a stones throw from a fantastic beach. The area is perfect with local bars and restaurants at hand and a large supermarket nearby. The owner was always available to help and very responsive. The perfect get away in the sun. We had a lovely time and it was very sad to leave.
