Recently renovated apartment. The apartment consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with
refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto Delonghi). Living room with flat screen TV.

Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Two new modern bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house. There are ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi.

The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the stairs to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting, pergola and BBQ.

Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the apartment for your monitoring.

gute Beschreibung der Wohnung gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber einfacher Check in / Check out. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt als wir eintrafen. Prima für Reisende mit eigenem PKW: wir durften den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen. Ein Fahrstuhl vom Keller bis in die Etage im 2. Stock ist vorhanden. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Betten sind etwas straff. Das ist aber auch Geschmackssache. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß für selbst kochende Gäste. Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden für längere Aufenthalte sehr gut geeignet. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse wird regelmäßig gereinigt.

Wir hatten uns diese Wohnung ausgesucht weil uns die Dachterrasse so gut gefallen hat. Die Dachterrasse und die Wohnung hielt alles was wir uns davon versprochen hatten. Die Kommunikation mit Gerado dem Vermieter war absolut gut. Er war gut erreichbar und erledigte 2 kleinere Probleme umgehend. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit allen.

No lo recomiendo a NADIE

Muy descontenta con Gerardo y Estefanía. En diez días pasaron a limpiar la piscina un día, como no se escucha el timbre desde arriba, no pudimos abrir y no pasaron más. Nos dijeron que el lunes por la tarde, perdimos toda la tarde esperando y nada, el agua se quedó verde porque pasaron de nosotros y de su obligación. Te cobran la luz a parte, el aire acondicionado lo pones con miedo por lo que te quieran cobrar, el congelador no congela, todo se echa a perder. El primer día Gerardo se puso borde por teléfono porque en vez de llegar a las 5, íbamos a llegar a las 6 menos cuarto porque nos pilló un atasco por un accidente, viajábamos desde Madrid. Pero lo peor de todo llegó el último día con Estefanía. Se puso a revisar absolutamente todo y me dijo de muy malas maneras que faltaba una toalla (por supuesto que era mentira), que las sábanas que tenían en el canapé no se podían coger porque eran para otros clientes y que los cristales estaban muy sucios. Tenemos dos niñas pequeñas y una perra, y tocan los cristales. Además en el precio pagamos de sobra la limpieza. No sé si lo que pretenden es que se lo dejáramos limpio para los siguientes clientes. Lo que hicimos fue dejar todo barrido y recogido. La cocina limpia. Los baños limpios. La ropa de cama y toallas todas recogidas para que las cogieran cómodamente. Limpiamos la barbacoa y fregamos el suelo de la terraza. Lo que no hicimos fue limpiar los cristales y fregar el suelo, cuando lógicamente lo van a hacer ellos después. Esta

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

We rented this apartment for just over 4 weeks. The hosts were fabulous - very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and we hope to book again next year.
