Recently renovated apartment. The apartment consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with
refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto Delonghi). Living room with flat screen TV.

Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Two new modern bathrooms with sink, toilet and large walk in rain shower. the washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house. There are ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.

Free Wi-Fi.

The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the stairs to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting, pergola and BBQ.
The apartment is located in the urbanization Paraíso Playa , with green areas and also a community pool for adults and children. Elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 1600m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

We had great stay of 31 nights. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Lovely well kept grounds with communal pool.Close to the beach. We loved the roof top area with pool, sunbeds,table and chairs with shade BBQ. Gerd our host gave good instructions to find and get into the apartment and was at hand if there were any problems. We would definitely stay again.

Great winterhome

Stayed 5 months in this apartment. Just perfect for 2 and our quests. Very clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Gerd was very friendly and helpfull. We had great winter at Vera Playa!

Desconexión total

Los propietarios se han mostrado súper atentos. Nos dieron dos juegos de llaves, lo cual se ha agradece y mucho. El apartamento es fantástico: con una piscina privada que hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La parte de arriba es perfecta, ya que está puesta de tal manera que siempre encuentras sol o sombra. Dentro de la vivienda no hemos tenido ni un mosquito (todas las ventanas y puertas tenían su mosquitero correspondiente) Para llegar a la playa solo teníamos que darnos un paseito muy agradable. En la piscina comunitaria te podías bañar prácticamente a alquiler hora. Nos ha encantado el detalle de la calle privada y el hecho de no tener que usar mandos para salir o acceder con el coche, nos ha resultado muy cómodo. El garaje es súper amplio: la plaza muy cómoda y espaciosa. Hemos puesto el aire por la noche (entre 7 y 8 horas al día) y no ha habido ningún problema. Pero si aconsejamos que se controle el gasto diario, porque la depuradora consume lo suyo (está puesta de manera automática) Hemos quedado muy contentos y satisfechos con la experiencia.
