Great Location!

Loved the outdoor space, but could only see the sea thru the locked gate. Apartment clean and nicely decorated, but furnishings small & uncomfortable but pretty. Liked TV channels! And overall very nice.

Surprise heureuse de l'arrivée...fournitures inattendues..du quotidien domestique. Une écoute attentive de l'hôte..proximité plage/vieille ville.... Les avantages sont malheureusement annihilés par les inconvénients majeurs de l'entre-sol : gaz d'échappement et bruit continu des 2 rues //, odeur d'égoût et surtout moustiques (terrasse peu praticable..). Vacances de long séjour non reposantes.

Property spotlessly clean.All mod cons. Lovely little terrace area at the front where we ate our breakfast. A little noisy with the traffic but no problem at night because the double glazed windows shielded it. Beach directly across the road ( use a traffic light crossing during the day!!!).The old town was a revelation any description will not do it justice. Just go there. We will again

Amazing summer

A very good stay. The apartment is very pretty and clean. It's well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is great because it's so close to the beach and the old town too. In my opinion this location is the best part of Nice, it's very funny, full of restaurants and cafés. Mrs Connie is so kind and nice. I hope to come back again.

Location and super layout

The location of the apartment is perfect. We adore Old Town and you are out the door and there. We love to cook so the wonderful meats and veggies were super. I could go to the market every morning and get fresh bread for breakfast and the day. So many good places close to eat. The Nice Tram system is very easy to learn to negotiate. We will come back to this apartment.

Couldn't be happier!

We were so impressed with this place. The attention to detail was incredible, we had everything we needed. The apartment was laid out beautifully, the outside area in particular was lovely and was used multiple times for dining. The bathroom kitchen were well equipped and the living area so comfortable. We were delighted to discover lots of DVDs and even chromecast for hooking up our laptop to the television - a nice touch for when we had a quiet night in and wanted to watch a movie. The apartment is in an unbeatable location. We commented many times on just how great a spot it is. A walk across the street to the beach, and the briefest of walks into Old Town. We were delighted. I couldn't recommend this place more. We had an unforgettable trip! Thank you!

Excellent Location

Myself and my husband had 8 nights stay here in July 2015 and it was the perfect location for our holiday, it was right across from the beach and a couple of minutes walk into the old town of Nice. It was extremely hot while we were there so it was great that I could pop over to the beach for a couple of hours while my husband went off to explore Nice on the Velo Bleu bikes (equivalent of Dublin bikes) which were available on our door step. We were very impressed with public transport - buses and trains - which we took to St Paul de Vence, Antibes and Valbonne. so there was no need to rent a car. All the restaurants that were recommended to us by friends who had stayed in this apartment previously were all really good. There's a lot of restaurants, especially in the touristy areas, that are not so good. We'd definitely go back again.

Nice holiday

We had a lovely two weeks staying in the apartment Rue De Ponchettes. It couldn't be in a better location, situated minutes away from the old town and beach. The apartment is excellent, clean and modern with wifi and sat tv. We needn't have recorded Corrie!
