フォスターボートワークスのこの美しい1ベッドルーム1階のコンドミニアムは、2017年に完全に改装されました。 1階のユニットでは、駐車場やウォークインアクセスが簡単で、正面玄関の芝生、プライベートパティオへのアクセスが自由にできます。マリーナ、プールエリア、クラブハウスへもすぐです。ユニットには、たくさんのクローゼットスペースのあるフルベッドルーム、新しいステンレス製の電化製品、フロントルームの快適な引き出し式ソファーベッドがあり、子供たちが眠るのに最適な場所です。完全に更新されたバスルームには、フルサイズのウォークインシャワーが備わっています。このコンドミニアムでは、隣接するクラブハウス、温水プール、日光浴エリアに完全にアクセスできます。クラブハウスのその他の設備には以下が含まれます。コイン式ランドリー施設、ロッカー、バスルーム、追加のシャワー。ノースウェストマリンヨットクラブは、毎週または季節ごとのボートスリップが利用できる場所にあります。

Boyne Thunder

Apartment was nice and great location!! We arrived and found the tv couldn’t get any channels, contacted owner and was told he doesn’t use the tv so doesn’t want to pay for cable ( too expensive) We were told we could pay for a subscription ( Netflix, Hulu, pluto etc) ! After numerous attempts to get tv working we were basically blown off!! Also wanted to use the pool but found it empty and not in use! There is no washer and dryer in the unit and a long walk to club house to do laundry!! You would think that the money they are charging they would disclose the truth about exactly what your getting

Beautiful

This remodeled unit is BEAUTIFUL! The owners have done a wonderful job decorating. There is everything you would need for your stay. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the marina for morning coffee and for evening cocktails! It was nice to walk the docks and watch the sailboats or the sunsets. We especially appreciated their communication with us...we knew someone could be reached if we needed anything or had any questions. We would love to return one day! Gary and Karol Hufnagel

"Best Vacation Ever"

5 Stars all the way around. The owner was fantastic to work with - super helpful and responsive. His condo was gorgeous - the pictures don't do it justice. Recently renovated and to a high standard. The building that it is located in, Foster Boat Works, is in a great location, has a pool and clubhouse, and is right on Lake Charlevoix overlooking its own harbor. It is next to Belvedere Club and a 20 min walk or short bike ride to downtown Charlevoix. My wife grew up going to Charlevoix as a kid, so we were eager to show our own kids and explore the area. Went to Mackinac one day, Petosky, Bay Harbor another, Harbor Springs another day, rented a boat on Lake Charlevoix another day and otherwise had our "best vacation ever" (our kids' words). There's a ton to do in the area - we didn't do 1/4 of it. We will definitely be back! The condo is listed as sleeping 3, and that's pretty accurate. It's a small place, but beautifully decorated. It was just the right size for our family of 2 adults, 2 small children (10 and 6). Our 10 year old slept on the sofabed, and our 6 year old on an Aerobed that we brought. Only one bathroom, but it wasn't an issue because the complex has locker rooms with showers and bathrooms, right off of the pool. Too tight for 5 people, but fine for 4. Ideal for a couple or 3 people. In sum, I could not recommend Charlevoix or this condo more. We'll definitely be back next year!

We are Dave, Michelle and Skyler Alberts and thanks for looking at our vacation home in Charlevoix MI. We live in Austin, TX so visiting Charlevoix is no easy task, but once you see the cozy little condo we call Casa Lake Life you will see why we chose this place as our vacation home. Dave grew up traveling Northern Michigan, but Michelle, a born and bred Texan had never heard of Charlevoix, much less desired to live there, but one visit to the magical place changed her mind!

We invite you to come visit, unwind and relax in this charming condo. We bought and completely remodeled the property in 2017. We have strived to make the property as comfortable as possible and will continue to improve it. If during your visit here you see anything that might make your stay or our future guests stay even better, please drop us a note and let us know! We want everyone who visits the magic of Foster Boat Works and Lake Charlevoix to enjoy it as much as we do!

One visit here and you will realize not only the great facility but how wonderful the ground floor is for easy access to the marina, vehicle parking and having the amazing great lawn literally steps off your private patio! Northwest Marine Yacht Club is immediately out front with over 200 boat slips available for nightly or weekly rentals!
