You can't get much closer to Barton beach than we are! Our luxury ground floor self contained apartment has recently been completely refurbished to the highest of standards. Style. Comfort. Peace of mind.

You will have full use of the entire apartment that can accommodate up to four guests to enjoy all year round.

We offer a double bedroom plus a luxury double sofa bed in the lounge. (Please be aware that if you are just two guests who need separate beds, a small £15 supplement will apply as we will need to make up the sofa bed and cover the extra laundry). Just let us know when you when you book.

We are also dog friendly! We accept up to two dogs. We do ask for an extra £10 per stay to cover the extra cleaning costs. Please see our Terms and conditions.

We are able to provide a Graco Travel Cot with mattress and sheets if needed for £10 per stay. Please bring your childs bedding though. Plus associated Teddies!

We also have a high chair if you need one. You'll find it in the laundry cupboard.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are listed with many Online Travel Agents and they all have their own policies concerning 'Extras'. Some can be selected at the time of your booking and some can't. So for the avoidance of doubt we list them here as well as our booking conditions policy:

*Children under 2 years can stay for free assuming you bring your own travel cots. We can provide one Graco travel cot with a comfy mattress and a mattress cover on request for a small charge of £10 per stay. (Please let us know if you need use of our cot)

*We are dog friendly! We accept up to two well behaved dogs. A small charge of £10 per stay applies to cover the extra cleaning. We also ask that you bring a cover for our leather sofa bed and keep dogs off the bed. (Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend.)

*If you are just two guests but require separate beds please let us know as we will need to get the sofa bed ready. In this sort of situation we charge a £15 supplement per visit to cover the extra laundry costs. Also, please let us know if you would like us to make up the sofa bed or just leave the bedding for you.
