The apartment was clean and a great space for two couples. There were two full bathrooms! The spiral staircase was fun and we used the pulley to get our luggage to the 2nd floor. The kids will love that video - ha ha. Great location - easy to walk to all the sites. Great communication with our host and very responsive. Definitely recommend! Ciao!

The location near Campo di Fiori is excellent, however it can be noisy until 1 am due to the restaurants and bars in the area, and then teach pick up in the early morning. It's particularly noticeable from the master bedroom. The master bedroom also doesn't have blinds or a curtains. If you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise, this may be something to consider. The kitchen is very well appointed. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work during our stay however the property owner was responsive when we raised issues with that as well as the wifi. Overall a good stay and a responsive owner.

Awesome Eclectic Roma Apartment

This property was exactly what our family of five was looking for. We wanted something that felt authentic and this apartment delivered. We love the whole eclectic vibe the decor has, SO FUN! It is centrally located, easy to walk to nearly every main attraction in Rome… Even in the scorching July weather! The air conditioning in the unit was priceless. Every detail was thought of, plus many extras!! The unit was clean, well stocked and everything in working order. Sabrina was wonderful to deal with and very prompt with all communication. I would absolutely recommend this location and I will be! Thank you!!

A very nice property in a great neighborhood! Lots of local places to eat nearby, with one of them right next door. It is a little loud with the activity on the street, but if you're looking for a local experience, this is a great choice. Management was extremely helpful and made this a 5-star experience!

Central Rome Stay

What a great location!! We were centrally located for all of our sight seeing right in the heart of the historic district. It is a walk up apartment with two levels. I loved the review about using the rope pulley to hoist luggage to the upper level. Very helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a long day of walking. Lots of things to do and see within minutes of location and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great communication with the owner and easy check-in and check-out process.

Fabulous but noisy

The location couldn’t have been any better - we walked to everything and had everything we needed within a block or so. My only complaint is the noise level in the downstairs bedroom is very disruptive. Loud restaurant patrons late into the night and noisy school kids early in the morning and even garbage trucks on the weekend. It seems as if they were all in the bedroom with me.

Great apartment near Campo de Fiori

This is a great apartment in the heart of Rome. Lock box check in was easy and all of our interactions with the owner were great. The beds were all comfortable and the showers were hot. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our family of five. The location was right near Campo de Fiori, which is a piazza with a great vibe and lots of restaurants and shopping. Quick walk to the Pantheon, maybe 14 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is right outside of a high school and all the kids gather in the morning to go in right outside the apartment. We were already up and it wasn’t that loud, but if you are a late sleeper you may want to keep it in mind: bring some ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Interesting Stay

Enjoyed being near Campo di Fiori. The apartment is charming with comfortable living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom on first level. Works great for a couple. There is a winding staircase which is quite narrow, up to the an attic with two cozy bedrooms beneath the rafters. I’m sure children would find it fun. Kind of like a tree house. Very cleverly, the owner added a rope with a hook to hoist your suitcase up. No one met us but we were given a code for key box.

Great location and apartment

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed staying in this section of Rome! Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, markets and sites of interest. The host promptly responded to an issue we had of no hot water during our first day- otherwise everything was lovely. There are 4 short flights of steps to ascend, but they are not full flights of stairs which we had imagined. Plenty of space for carrying your bags up. For those using the upstairs bedrooms please note there is a pulley for your bags on the wall next to the winding staircase. We didn’t notice that until after the bags were walked up. That interior spiral staircase is very tight- extra large adults would not be able to get up them. Also, good to know that the shutters are functional for the windows- closing them will keep out the noise from the restaurant below. There is no parking in this area as it is in the restricted ZTL zone unless you have the rights to do so. We parked at a parking garage and used Uber to get to the apartment. We are glad we picked this place to stay so we were in walking distance to everything and feel like locals during our Rome stay.

Beautiful apartment!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome, great location - walking distance to everything! First floor is spacious with a big couch, a nice bathroom, second master bedroom is cozy but the alcove room could use little fixing. Our only issue was the noise, the apartment is around the corner of a street market that is set up daily at dawn, so the set up was pretty loud in the mornings. We were out an about the entire day so it wasn't terrible, a nice stay!

Perfect Unit

The unit was perfect for us. Spacious, clean everything worked as expected. Location was really good and walked to most of the sites. Sabrina was available if and when needed. We really enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again thank you again.

Great place to stay to see old Rome

The place was as advertised. Clean and well-located. We were able to walk to the Coliseum. It was a ~20 minute easy stroll with lots to see along the way. We stayed in August so it was hot but the A/C worked well. We'd stay again.

Great Location

This was a lovely apartment. I just wish I knew that it was up 4 flights of stairs. Carrying all our luggage up the stairs was really tough. The Air Conditioning was good and the location was amazing. You could walk to everything.
