Lovely apartment (65m2) perfectly located just 5minutes walk to La Cala town centre with all amenities, many restaurants, bars and shops. 10 minutes walk to sandy beaches and beautiful seafront broad walk that stretches for few kms. Two big supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) just across the road.

Cozy and sunny apartment with 2 terraces that let you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Master bedroom with bathroom facing south and has access to the main terrace. Second bedroom with two single beds and adjacent shower room has access to east facing terrace. Kitchen small but fully equipped. Fast Wi-Fi, plasma TV with many international channels (BBC 1-4, ITV 1-4, etc). Very good AC system (heat/cold), all windows are double-glazed with roller shutters.
The apartment is set within a small complex with landscaped gardens and a clean swimming pool area with adult and kids pools, shower and changing room. Private underground parking space with direct access to the apartment through the elevator.

Our host is exceptional (kind, rapid to respond and react, who always want to do the best for clients). The appartment was exactly as we expected. Very well situated, with two terraces with sun all day. Very clean and well equiped. Maybe one small thing: the first terrace was great, with table and chairs, and sun chairs. But it would be nice to add a small table on the second terrace... to have breakfast on this terrace (sunny early in the morning).

Great holiday

We have been coming to cala de mijas for several years although the first time at this apartment. Communication between Yulia and Ivan was excellent and any issues quickly sorted. We liked the comfort of the beds, bedding and towels were very good quality, the apartment was clean and the whole complex and area quiet, nice small swimming pool, Aldi is a couple of minutes away and a Carrefour across the road almost ready for opening. The kitchen was quite small but had everything needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the sunny balcony and had most of our meals there. I'm not sure how this would have worked if four people were staying but for us as a couple it was perfect All in all we had a lovely four weeks here, we were very comfortable and would return. Nothing could be improved as far as we were concerned.

Lovely apartment for family holiday

We had a wonderful week away here! The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location is good and the air con was very welcome on very hot nights. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent and we would definitely recommend!!

Great Apartments

Apartment was exactly the same as the pictures.Service we recieved on arrival and during our stay was excellent.Theres an Aldi right next door and a 5- 10 min walk to all restaurants,bars and beach. All in all an excellent place to spend a great holiday.We would definitely return.Having good air con was a lovely bonus. Nothing
