Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from Poniente beach and 450 metres from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.



-Key handover and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not completed online check-in, our office is located on Rey Jaime I avenue number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

-A sum of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 16:30 (high season may be delayed until 18:00)

-Check out until 11:00

-Pets are admitted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

-Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located in the heart of Benidorm, 100 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Mal Pas", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante". The historic old town and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is just 400 metres away.

We really enjoyed and would book again

Great location in the old own. Supermarket at the end of the street. Near to beach . Very basic. Could do with a mirror in the second bedroom. Beds comfortable but squeaked ! Very clean. Was good there was a laundry room .shelf in the fridge was broken and left in the fridge

Nice spot but complex self check-in only

A nice place to stay, however, there is no reception as stated and all checking in has to be dealt with yourself via Whatsapp, meaning providing many details of each guest and scans of all passports. Very complicated when travelling with a big group, if you don’t use Whatsappdeal with technology well. None of this was clear at the time of booking.

Benidorm birthday weekend.

Location brilliant well equipped everything you needed spacious apartment liked the washing room and ironing room . Shutters made the rooms lovely and dark kept the early morning sun out if you like a lie in. No mirror apart from in bathroom there was plenty of wall space for at least three mirrors . The twin room faced a very busy road from about 5 am very noisy ear plugs probably a good idea if a light sleeper.

Estaba muy completo como piso para vacacionar, puedo decir que no le falta nada, el personal muy amable al recibirnos, toda la instalación muy bonita y limpia. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Lo siguiente no es una queja, más como sugerencia. Para ser crítico, denota un poco de falta de mantenimiento, a pesar de su buen funcionamiento, los aires acondicionados están un poco sucios. La persiana de la terraza hacía bastante ruido al abrir y cerrar. Y por último diría que las almohadas podrían mejorar un poco ya que son bastante grandes y duras. Pero en general, el piso está muy bien.

Navidad en Benidorm

Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, muy céntrico, y espacioso. También la rapidez con la que te atienden desde la agencia para solventar dudas. Por otro lado había desperfectos graves como la humedad del baño que había deteriorado la puerta y está levantada por abajo, las cerraduras en mal estado. Las camas suenan demasiado.

Muchas gracias por tu valoración y estancia con nosotros. Sentimos que hayas sufrido la filtración del piso de arriba. Reparamos todo al momento pero tarda en secar unos días. Lamentablemente no pudimos trasladarte a otro apartamento porque estaba todo lleno. Hemos subsanado el problema y ajustado los somieres y las cerraduras. Esperamos poder volver a hospedarte. Buenas tardes Sandra, Muchas gracias por su comentario. El edificio se encuentra en la zona céntrica de Benidorm, lo que dificulta el aparcamiento. Ofertamos más apartamentos con parking propio, para la próxima vez si vienen con coche sería una gran ventaja para ustedes. La salida es a las 11h para poder limpiar el apartamento para el siguiente huésped. La próxima vez que deseen salir más tarde consulte con recepción para un posible late check out.
