Independent apartment, inside arranged on one level, for your children we are happy to provide baby bed, high chair and toys. Private garden area with gazebo, table sun lounges and deck chair.
-A swimming pool, swing, slide and barbecue available. Private parking inside the property.

-The farmhouse has two apartments.

- If the reservation is for both apartments the whole property will be for exclusive use.

The our house is situated in Tuscany, in the Chianti area,between the villages of San Casciano in Val di Pesa and Mercatale in Val di Pesa. This charming zone has always been covered by vineyards and olive-groves producing valued wines and oils.
Little villages, parish churches and castles of great cultural and historical interest, make the most of this countryside.
The holiday house 'Il Prugnolo' is an ex rural building which is constituted by a barn and a farmhouse, dating 1500.
In 2007 it was wholly restructured but it maintains its ancient features: the floors, the ceilings and the Impruneta's brick vaults.
This spot of Chianti is situated on a fascinating hill at 310 meters above sea level.

Consigliatissimo!Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa casa vacanza arredata con cura e ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per gite nei dintorni. Il grande giardino con piscina e vista meravigliosa invita a rilassarsi. Sonia ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti - gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Vacanza splendida.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in der Toskana

Wir haben die Tage in der Toskana sehr genossen. Die ansprechende Unterkunft war ein guter Ausgangsort, um die Schönheiten der Region zu erkunden. Auch die Stunden im gepflegten Garten mit Pool haben zur Entspannung beigetragen. Besonders sind die Freundlichkeit und Liebenswürdigkeit der Gastgeberin Sonia hervorzuheben!

Perfection in every way!

If you are looking for a quiet getaway with an amazing view, and great restaurants around- Book this property! The host is absolutely amazing and extremely sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. The landscape was serene, and the home was perfect for our party of three with bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy.

A perfect location to explore Tuscany from

The apartment is set in a small, rural hamlet, a kilometre outside San Casciano in Val di Pesa, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano are a short drive away, making this a perfect base from which to explore Tuscany. The apartment is well maintained, and the kitchen well-equipped. It was very spacious for our small family of three, and could comfortably accommodate a family of five. There are two separate apartments in the building, and we heard only minimal noise from the other one. Thank you Sonia, for a lovely stay.

Wundervolle Tage in der Toscana

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit unserer Familie in der Ferienwohnung von Sonia verbracht. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlazimmern und zwei Bädern war ideal für uns. Der Garten mit den Liegestühlen und der Pool haben uns gut gefallen. Die Entfernung nach Florenz ist mit 20 Autominuten auch ideal und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Sonia war super nett und hat uns gute Tips gegeben. Also gerne jederzeit wieder.

So stellt man sich Toskana vor – einfach wunderbar

Herrliches Anwesen in den Bergen der Toskana. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Ausflüge nach Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano etc. zu unternehmen. Sonia hat zwei sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen (wir waren in der unteren) und das Anwesen ist groß genug, so dass es sehr entspannt ist. Die Bilder ihrer Anzeige sind absolut authentisch und Sonia steht auch mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, um sich nach einem Ausflug abzukühlen oder auch mal einen entspannten Tag vor Ort zu verbringen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir können „CHIANTI Haus mit Garten“ nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Perfect location, great views and lots of space

Located in a beautiful Tuscan country side with wonderful views from the front of the house to the hills. We staed in the lower appartment in July which is very spacious, clean and has a lovely interior, good beds and two bathrooms. All windows have screens against musquitos. No airco and only one ventilator which was not sufficient enough in the heat of this year. One in each bed room would have been nice. We shared the pool and the garden with another family in the top apartment. (Please note that the pictures on the site are of both apartments). The pool is a good size and we loved the amazing views of the hills from it. The kids (11 and 14) loved cooling down in the pool. Enought place also to sit and play in the garden. The host, Sonia is very welcoming and helpfull with tips for restaurants (even called in our name for reservations) or places to visit or where to park in Florence. We made trips to Florence (40 min to the centre, with the traffic in florence), Siena, San Gimignano and visited the town nearby, San Casciano. We had the most wonderful dinner at Osteria Il Gallo Giallo, only a 7 minute drive. For winetasting you just have to cross the road! So lots to enjoy and a perfect place also to relax (do bring lots of insect repellent:)) Definitely would recommend this!

Séjour en Toscane

Un accueil très chaleureux, une vue splendide sur les oliviers, un havre de paix à quelques kilomètres de Florence ! Une adresse idéale pour un séjour en famille afin de visiter la Toscane. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée.

Fantastic home!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The owner was always very kind and helpful. The location gives a true Tuscan feel and is close enough to town for shopping. It is also a great launching point for Tuscany day-trips , too. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Sonia!!!!

Nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Ausblick

Die Gastgeberin Sonia ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung eignet sich gut für Ausflüge nach Florenz sowie die ganze Toskana. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Der perfekte Ort für eine ruhige und erholsame Zeit im Herzen der Chianti Region.

Ein kleines Paradies in den Hügeln der Toskana

Wir machten dort im August Urlaub und es war einfach super. Die Unterkunft ist für drei Personen, davon ein Kind, mehr als ausreichend, auch fünf finden darin locker Platz. Das zweite Bad haben wir gar nicht benutzt. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man für einen Urlaub braucht. Und der Garten (der Ausblick!) ist einfach himmlisch. Besonders der Pool lässt kleine und große Herzen höher schlagen. Er ist nicht riesig, aber vollkommen ausreichend, um sich von den Besichtigungen zu erholen. Denn das Apartment bietet auch einen super Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Sonia ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen ganz spät abends an, aber das war kein Problem. Und sonst hat sie uns mit Tipps versorgt und stand uns immer zur Verfügung. Was soll ich sagen, ein traumhafter Urlaub. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr weg ... Danke Sonia/Grazie mille Sonia!

Fantastic Holiday Home

I searched high and low for a place in tuscany which was in the countryside but close to a town, which was close to an airport, and which was child friendly. This place was one of the only places I found, and it was PERFECT. We stayed with our 18 month old toddler, no need to chase him round all the time as the apartment is spacious, step-free (apart from the entrance door where there are a couple of low steps), the garden is amazing with a play area, a fenced-off pool (which he LOVED) (and so did we). Sonia and her family made us feel so welcome, helped with any enquiries, provided fans in the heat wave, guided us to local restaurants and parking. Sonia even gave me some paracetemol when I had a bad shoulder :) Even with a toddler we were able to go visit places like Greve in Chianti, Volterra, San Gimigniano and Florence, the apartment is so close within driving distance to so many amazing places to see. We popped to the local Co-op for supplies, and ended up cooking in the apartment as much as we ate out. Also worth mentioning that there is excellent sound proofing, there was a family staying in the other property for some of our stay, sound-wise we couldn't tell the difference from when it had been empty. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Jolie maison en Toscane

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances chez Sonia qui nous a très bien accueilli et est restée à notre écoute durant tout le séjour. La maison est très bien suitée et confortable. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, nous y avons passé de très bon moments entre la piscine, le barbecue et la détente sur les chaises longues.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub für Eltern und Kinder

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Tagsüber baden im Pool, lecker italienisch kochen im hübschen Häuschen, die Kinder können im Garten rumtollen, fantastischer Blick in die Toskana, manchmal erhascht man ein Blick auf Geckos oder abends auf Glühwürmchen. Und ein traumhafter Sternenhimmel wenn der Tag ausklingt. Sonia ist sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch! Nur zu empfehlen!

Très beau séjour, bien situé, en campagne, assez près de tout.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, nous étions 2 couples et avions chacuns notre petit home, ainsi que des pièces communes. L'internet...pas fort, la laveuse à linge n'est pas inclus, il me semble que c'était inclus dans l'annonce. Elle est sur place mais un papier nous annonce que ce sera 3 euros pour l'utiliser. A part ça, ce fût un bon choix.
