Finca Mateo is charming stone farmhouse with a private pool set in the idyllic countryside offering stunning mountain views and an ideal location 20 minutes walk from old town Pollenca. The property sleeps up to 6 guests and is full of character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls whilst providing light, bright and comfortable accommodation. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a full family bathroom on the first floor and on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area. The house has a large front terrace with a vineyard pergola and well maintained gardens which is home to an inviting private pool and a covered kitchen area with barbecue, wood burning oven and a handy shower room. Finca Mateo is perfect for families/friends who enjoy outdoor living, amazing views and a relaxed atmosphere yet still want to be close to the amenities, restaurants of a bustling ancient town and the long sandy beaches along the east coast!
