Villa Nico by Escape Home

You will find the charming Villa Nico a short walk from the centre of the popular Matagorda area in Puerto del Carmen. The variety of facilities such as restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and a beautiful sandy beach make it perfect for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy their own pool. The villa is furnished with good taste and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, hair dryer). The interior is spacious and bright, where you can sit and enjoy satellite TV and DVD player. It has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sun-drenched terrace, with sun loungers to enjoy the Lanzarote sun all year round, where you can relax, read or take a nap. The outdoor barbecue is designed to enjoy lunches or dinners outdoors during warm nights. The villa does not have private parking, however, it is in a very well-connected area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, rent a bicycle or scooter, take the bus, taxi or rent a car if you wish.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.
