The first floor has two double and one twin bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a WC, a basin, a hairdryer, and a private sea view balcony.
The second double bedroom has a double bed, a furnished balcony and a shower room shared with the twin bedroom The twin bedroom has two single beds, a juliette balcony and a shower room shared with the double bedroom.

Top Floor / Roof Terrace – Villa Lamas
Separate access leads to the villa’s roof terrace, which has wonderful views over Kalkan and is furnished with a lovely L-Shaped rattan sofa and coffee table, a dining table and four armchairs and a parasol. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for
enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.

Bedroom 1 – Master Double En-suite bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and private furnished sea view balcony.

Outdoors – Villa Lamas
The private pool (6m x 4m x 1.60 depth) is located adjacent to the side of the villa has 6 sun loungers, tables and parasols around its edge. There is also a lovely teak dining table which seats six located at the side of the terrace under a shady pergola for guests to enjoy al fresco dining whilst soaking in the sea views.
