Town: Between Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, to the south and north, respectively, is the little community of Mullacott. The Exmoor National Park, which is home to the Dunkery & Horner Wood National Nature Reserve, and the North Devon Coast National Nature Reserve are both very close to the area. The Depot Eatery, a family restaurant serving American food, is a dining option in Mullacott. Other nearby restaurants include the Tyme Restaurant at Trimstone Manor in Trimstone, the Fortescue Arms in Woolacombe, and the Monkey Puzzle Restaurant just outside of Ilfracombe. Ilfracombe, a seaside resort town, is only a short drive from Mullacott.
