Duplex apartment, rustic style, located on the 1st floor of a building situated in a quiet area. On the entrance floor you will find a large living room with cable TV and a dining area available. The balcony on this floor has a dining table and a view of the gardens and the tennis court. There is also a guest WC on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with bathtub, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a single sofa bed and a balcony with two sun loungers available.

This property is located in Água de Pena, in the municipality of Machico, just a few minutes from the airport. Near this property you will find some points of interest such as: restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, a supermarket, the Sports Park of Água de Pena and the Madeira Indoor Kart track. You can find these and other local services or interests just a few minutes away from this property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Machico. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
