A sophisticated coffee table and a state-of-the-art Smart TV complement the space, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining evenings at home.

The living room opens to two charming exterior balconies, flooding the space with natural light and offering panoramic views of the bustling city beyond. These balconies are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. Parallel to this, the open-concept kitchen, with its modern design and central island, invites guests to prepare their own culinary delights. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and surrounded by three stylish barstools, this kitchen is both functional and attractive, making it the ideal setting for sharing and creating unforgettable memories.

Continuing the journey of charm and elegance, to the right of the entrance, we find the majestic master bedroom. This personal sanctuary is equipped with a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, promising restful nights. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
