A very good sized two bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment comes with it's own wifi connection, air conditioning, larger than average lounge, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a terrace with views of the swimming pool, ideal family accommodation.



Located in a beachfront complex that has four swimming pools, a small gym, padel tennis courts, underground parking, 24 hr security and is just a short stroll to the marina.

Perfect Location

Accomodation was spot on and had everything we would require if you wanted to cook at home, Property was spotlessly clean and tidy, we had perfect nights as the apartment had air con and comfy beds. Ideal location to the Marina for excellent Restaurant choices and Bars, the beach was a few minutes walk away from the apartment and was not packed with sunbathers. Will be coming again to this oasis. Had lovely restful nights , only small improvement would be options of firm or soft pillows. But wasn't a problem for me.

Just like being at home again

We have stayed in various apartments within this complex over the past 6 years and every one has exceeded our expectations. That’s why we keep going back and will continue to do so Nothing that I can think of, we are never disappointed we go there

Nice apartment with large balcony

Large living/dining room and balcony. Up to date air con system. Clean. Small ‘main’ bathroom, kitchen lacked items such as filter coffee maker, a few more towels were required (which DE supplied). Beds are uncomfortable. Think about investing in a decent double bed for the main bedroom

Love Marina

Great apartment, fantastic location. Huge lounge area and a lovely view of both the pools and sea. I've rented a home and subsequent holiday lets when I return to Duquesa and Duquesa Estates never fail to provide a brilliant service. I will be back. It would be lovely to have a double bed in the master bedroom, rather than two sets of twins.

A lovely apartment

You can’t fault the location The second, smaller bathroom needs attention. The water ran dirty brown despite leaving it on for some time. There was often a very bad smell of drains from this bathroom - we used a lot of bleach throughout our stay. Eventually the shower didn’t even run hot so we were unable to use. This would not have been a problem as there was an en suite bathroom (and we were only 2 people), however my husband is disabled and required a walk in shower.

There were no sunbeds available. I understand this may be because of COVID restrictions, but we noticed other locations were able to work around this, perhaps with an increased cleaning regime
