The Grand Oasis is a 750 sqft / 70 sq. m. two-bedroom apartment located in PobleNou, 4 blocks from the beach.
The Space:
Upon entry to this spacious unit with contemporary style with plenty of natural night thanks to the big window wall. Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living area which has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and the dining table for up to 4 people.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a washer-dryer combo amongst other first-brand appliances. Right next to the bedroom area there is a practical working desk, perfect for working from home. There is a convenient second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own wardrobe. The unit offers central heating and AC.
The rooftop of the building comes with a communal solarium with amazing views of the skyline. Parking is also available in the building under request.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

Closest metro stations are Llacuna and Bogatell (L4), three blocks from the unit. Glories station (L1) is 8 blocks from the unit.
