We stayed here with our bridal/groom party for our destination wedding and our stay was absolutely fantastic! The layout of the house was perfect for what we needed as everyone felt like they had their privacy which is hard to accomplish with a larger group of people! We had great responses from Frangista when we had questions or needed assistance and we are hoping to be able to come back for another stay! Having private beach access was a huge bonus for us! We have zero complaints about our stay and nothing but positive feedback and experiences that we will remember forever!

The view is gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked. My family was happy being right on the beach.

This house was perfect. The views of the beach from all three balconies were awesome! Walking directly onto the beach from the house was a plus, and the beach was not crowded at all. We had a fabulous time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time ! 16 in our family ranging from 4 to 70 we had plenty of space and absolutely the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as it was advertised to be the folks in the office were wonderful and very helpful. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible time at Sunset Over Seas! The unit is absolutely beautiful and the location could not be better! Stepping out on the patio felt like you were stepping onto the beach - it was so close! And having 3 patios to enjoy was a dream. We loved being able to walk to local shops, restaurants, and the coffee shop down the street so easily. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything you would need, including everything for the beach like chairs and plenty of sand toys. William was so helpful and quick to respond to any messages with questions we had. All three of the families staying here had a wonderful trip and we can't wait to come back in the future!
