Residence composed of two distinct apartments located in the Historic Centre of Venice, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge. Both apartments consist of a complete kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining table, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Upon request, 4 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 12 people. High-level modern furnishings. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival) (ID: IT027042B4BJ6EIUNX, IT027042B48ONZKSP3).

Apartments were well furnished, AC worked great and sleeping arrangements worked well for our group. It’s a little further away from some of the main tourist areas, but we appreciated the more laidback experience.

Modern, clean apartment.

Great place to stay in the heart of Venice and very close to the main entrance of the city. Managers were very easy to speak with. I found Venice unique for required documentation. The managers graciously assisted me in the process. There was a plumbing issue with the room above however they were well aware and made adjustments so not to hinder our time.

Ci dispiace che l’alloggio non ti sia piaciuto. Sarebbe stato importante, per noi e per i futuri ospiti, capire quali motivi ti abbiano portato a lasciare un voto così basso, ma purtroppo nella recensione non hai fornito dettagli o spiegazioni che ci permettessero di comprendere meglio la tua esperienza e di migliorare ulteriormente il servizio.
