Monty's Maison is a large cottage, recently refurbished throughout by the owners and is located near the village centre of The Bay Filey holiday village.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large refurbished kitchen.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture and a gas BBQ for you to use. Across the hall there is a WC.

The owners provide low level fencing for your furry friends not to escape the patio. This must be put away at the end of your stay (if you use it)

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.

Monty's Maison is a large family home ideal for two families!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at Montys maison. The house has everything you need and is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable. It is only a short walk to the amenities and beach. Will definitely return as we throughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful house

I have stayed at the Bay on many occasions. This is by far the best property I have visited. Decorated to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and a perfect location. Really good value for money compared to the lodge accommodation which in my opinion is not as nice or as comfortable. I hope to return soon and can highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely few days spent with our family and dog in this lovely property. Close to site facilities & 10 min walk to the beech. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Great stay

We have been to Filey many times before but this was our first time staying on ‘The Bay’. The house was lovely, even nicer than the pictures online. It was all spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. It is an excellent location for the facilities and the walk down to the beach. We didn’t use the outside area at the house with it being January but I can see it would be great in warmer months. Next time we visit Filey we won’t hesitate to book to stay at Monty’s Maison and we will bring our dog next time too.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely week at Monty's Maison as a group of 4. There was nothing adverse to say about this property. Everything was provided to enable us to enjoy a week away. The only very minor comment would be maybe an additional pan and an oven proof dish as personally we were catering for ourselves and found it a little short on cooking equipment. This is a very small detail and something very easily remedied. The location was perfect to access the facilities and parking adjacent to the property was never an issue. Would definately book this property again in the future.

The property is part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village which is located on the fabulous Yorkshire Coast. The property you are viewing is independently owned but located within The Bay Holiday Village. The village and its facilities are operated by Away Resorts.

- Choice of 4 walks to The Bay Beach (5 mile long) with 3 walks being direct beach access and traffic free!
