Located in the charming village of Ponta do Sol, this three-storey villa is the perfect retreat for a family vacation. With a light, elegant, and welcoming decor, it offers all essential amenities.

On Level 0, you'll find a spacious garage, a complete bathroom with shower, a laundry room, an outdoor clothesline, and a hanging garden.

On Floor 1, the spacious living room in open-space connects with the kitchen area—two perfect environments for socializing and cooking delicious meals together. This floor also has a full bathroom for added convenience. The outdoor living area, together with the lounge by the private pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather that this location enjoys throughout the year.

Floor 2 offers a touch of luxury with a shared full bathroom, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with built-in closets. In addition to the comfort and elegance of this villa, the unobstructed views provide a relaxing setting. Wi-fi is available in all areas.

AREA
The villa is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, close to the center with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, stores, and other essential services. It is also near levadas and picturesque beaches. Ribeira Brava, a 10-minute drive away, offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a beach, a market, the Ethnographic Museum, and local shops. The airport is a 40-minute drive, and Funchal is 20 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, which is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, guests will be subject to our team's availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath if needed (upon request). There is a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on the property.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. All customers aged 13 or over will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
