It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.



The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



The main bedroom features a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cabin, provides towels for use upon your arrival at the apartment.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 150 metres from the apartment.

No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your entry is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.



Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30
