With its traditional architecture and serene surroundings, this 150 m2 home offers a unique opportunity to experience the authentic Madeiran lifestyle.

Designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads onto a furnished terrace with a magnificent sea view, perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The property is located in a charming and quiet residential area that offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape. Gaula is known for its tranquil atmosphere and close proximity to both nature and essential amenities.

Just a short drive away is the city of Santa Cruz, where you can visit local shops, restaurants, and cafés to experience authentic Madeiran culture. Nearby, the beautiful Praia das Palmeiras, a small beach with crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and relaxing.

For nature lovers, the Levada dos Tornos hiking trail is within easy reach, offering picturesque walks through Madeira's lush forests and valleys. The nearby Santo da Serra Golf Club is an excellent spot for golf enthusiasts, providing stunning views of the island’s natural beauty.

The Madeira Airport (Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport) is just a 10-minute drive from the area, making it highly convenient for travellers. You'll also find supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential services close by, ensuring that you have everything you need within a short distance.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Gaula Bus Stop, is just a 10-minute walk.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
