This modern and elegant house, built in 2023, was designed to accommodate up to 4 people and combines comfort, contemporary design and a breathtaking view of the sea, making each moment here truly unforgettable.



Upon entering, you will immediately feel the welcoming and bright atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the living room, is the ideal place to prepare your meals while being inspired by the infinite blue of the Atlantic. The 4-metre-wide sliding doors open onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy magical sunrises or serene sunsets over the sea, moments you will remember forever.



The balcony, completely enclosed, ensures safety for children and also offers a privileged point for observing the impressive landings at Madeira airport — a fascinating spectacle for all ages.



The house has two modern bathrooms: one equipped with a washing machine and another with a walk-in shower, combining practicality and comfort. The bedrooms are cosy and carefully decorated: one bedroom with a double bed, perfect for relaxing and recharging, and another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for family or friends.



During the stay, you will have fast Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and solar panels, making your experience more ecological and conscious.



The location is unbeatable: just 10 minutes from the airport and a short driving distance from beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, allowing you to explore the island with total ease and comfort.

We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort, and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.
