Surrounded by extensive grounds and open views, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups looking for privacy, comfort and tranquillity.



The house has six elegant bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and its own private en-suite bathroom. This arrangement provides all guests with a high level of comfort and privacy.



The open-plan living and dining area combines exposed wooden beams, natural materials and comfortable furniture to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa also offers air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.



Outside, the private chlorinated swimming pool measures approximately 11 × 7.5 metres and is up to 1.6 metres deep. It includes convenient access steps and a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.



The spacious pool terrace is furnished with high-quality sun loungers and parasols and offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. An outdoor shower is available beside the pool.



A partially covered terrace provides comfortable seating and space for dining outdoors. Guests can also use the portable barbecue and explore the extensive grounds to find peaceful corners for relaxing.
