Exclusive apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the sea from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms (main en suite with shower) and second bathroom with bathtub, with a total capacity for 4 people.

87 m² modern accommodation, with a large 20m2 terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the bay. Building catalogued with one of the best views in Benidorm.



It has a lift, iron, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal communal swimming pool, gym, sauna, parking space in the same building, 4 Televisions (Smart TV), hair dryer.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and dining area with TV.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor of Torre Principado building, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

The most beautiful apartment I’ve stayed in at Benidorm, the best views, amazing to sit on the balcony to watch the sunset, absolutely loads of room, every amenity you possibly could need, immaculately clean, just unbelievable and the balcony totally makes it. Nothing, faultless.

Реальність перевершила наші очікування. Апартаменти мали дві кімнати, зал, кухня. Всі вікна мали вид на море. Особливо сподобалась тераса, простора і теж з видом на море і на місто. Ми були в захваті. Сиділи на терасі вечером з бокалом вина і споглядали вечірній Бенідорм. Чудово.
