Apartment in the Levante area, 2 minutes from the beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 70 m² comfortable and spacious, with sea and city views.



It has elevator, glazed terrace, high-speed internet access (wifi) via fiber, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, seasonal community pool, garage in the same building, tennis court, heat pump heating, 2 TVs, iron, hairdryer.

The independent, induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place at our office located at Mediterranean Avenue 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A credit/debit card deposit of 200€ is required or cash as an alternative.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 am

Great apartment spacious clean to say it was on the main strip above a pub we didnt hear any noise on a night felt very safe as all door were locked to get i to actually apartmemt block would defo stay again Only down side was we couldnt get the aircon to work

Great apartment - bang in middle of Benidorm

The pool area and landscaping was immaculate. The caretaker worked non stop. The apartment was large and bed comfortable. Location was perfect The Lounge was slightly cluttered with too much furniture (too many tables and chairs). The shower screen in the en-suite didn't prevent water leakage onto the floor. Still, these are small things which didn't impact my enjoyment of the apartment

Great location very central for old and new town. Lots of places to eat less then 2 mjns walk away. Very secure, and underground patking space provided Great to have washing machine. Boiler took long time to reheat so be aware of hot water useage. Paint work could do with a freshen up BUT doesnt take away from all the good points

Brilliant, comfortable and safe :)

We loved the location of the property being so close to everything. It was ideal for what we needed. Beds were comfy. Access to the property was easy and location of keys were only a 10 min walk. It was equipped with enough items for all 5 of us to use and we definitely would recommend staying again :) The shower was either really hotreally cold and hot water didn’t last long but we made do as we had the best holiday :)

El piso esta muy cerca de la playa. Tiene todo que es necesario para cocinar. El AC funciona super bien. Lo pasamos muy bien. Lo unico malo eran las toallas que no secaban nada. Lo demas todo bien. Falta un armario en la habitación pequeña y tambien en el baño pequeño.

Brilliant location, nice and clean

Great location, nice and clean, big enough for all 6 lads. Would stay again. Only issue was a problem with the lock as was bent. But maintenance quickly came to repair even late at night.

Great apartment.. Great location, friends appreciated the air con, happy it went around whole apartment. would definitely book this apartment again main bathroom shower couldn't control the temperature, it would start off too hot so would try and adjust it ether hotluke warm
