Our favorite condo!

We have traveled for over 10 years and stayed in many properties along 30A. From homes to condos, this was the best condo yet. Great access to the beach, clean property, bathrooms are beautiful, they maximized the space of the condo, and the management were very response and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo

We have stayed at this complex a couple of times and have really enjoyed it. Loft was really nice for the girls to have their own space. No complaints at all. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Great Location and Comfortable Accommodations

What a great spot for my family to spend some time with my parents and get them some time with their grandchildren! Four adults and two kids were a perfect fit. We biked every day and found a bunch of fantastic restaurants and shops within biking distance. Beach was amazing and plenty of things to do when the weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to stay here again.

Beach

The location is great with beautiful gulf views. Both bathrooms are beautifully updated. Great size for 2-4 people. Only down side is the complex doesn’t have elevators so hauling luggage up to the top wasn’t fun.

A taste of paradise!!

This condo did not disappoint! The view was awesome, perfect location and easy to get wherever we wanted... Love being at a smaller condo and not have to fight for sand space right at the water.

Great Unit and View

This unit was extremely clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and the bathrooms are incredible. Master suit is great, looks like one out of a magazine. Guest bedroom and bathroom are very nice as well. Unit also has a new washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

Would stay here again!

The condo was clean and accurately advertised. We most enjoyed the proximity to the beach and sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings listening to the waves. The only drawback was that the downstairs bedroom TV was missing a power cord, thus was not functional- as referenced in past reviews. We figured our children did not need to be watching TV anyway... We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Worth the stairs

This little condo was cute and easy to access. The view from the balcony was amazing! There are A LOT of stairs both up to the condo and down to the beach. However, they were worth it for sure. This condo is close to everything you need, but it is not in the middle of all the crazy! We loved having less people around!

Beautiful place, but my advise to future guests is to pack lightly and don’t skip leg day before hand. This on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators

Best birthday beach trip

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time to the area and we weren't sure what to expect. The condo was comfortable and not too small. All 6 of us fit well. My kids slept on the pull out couch, the top bunk bed was a little small for my 11 year old. The bathrooms were very nice and luxurious. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs. This was kind of a plus, it was like getting in a mini work out, going from the beach up to the 3rd level. Our parents had no issues, the stairs are solid, just a lot of them. There are many delicious restaurants and cafe's with in 10 minutes and Publix was nearby too. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

A perfect place to relax

Other than the cold weather, which we knew would be a gamble going at the beginning of December, our week was wonderful. The condo was clean and just the right size for our family of 6. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (besides food of course.) We wanted to explore Destin and PCB so the location was ideal for being between the two. Standing on the balcony watching sunrises & sunsets was amazing. Our kids loved it, too. We would definitely rent this condo again. The only negative was the dryer didn’t do a very good job and we had to run it twice before the load was dry.

Vacation

We loved our stay. The only issue was checking in. Neither of the door codes worked and the customer no service that answered the phone was zero help. Need to have people that speak clear English on the other end of the phone. My husband finally was able to contact the property management for a new code but we stood in front of the door for over 30 minutes with out luggage in the heat.

Seacrest Vacay

The location is great - Between Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. The private beach for the condo only is fabulous. Beach is never crowded. Even on a holiday. I was extremely pleased with the price. The condo is exactly as the pictures shows. It would be nice if the patio furniture was bar top height as you could enjoy the view much better. I took one of the bar stools from indoors to the patio and enjoyed the view immensely. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only problem I had was the downstairs bed and the sofa in the living room are not comfortable at all. After climbing all the steps from the beach and then to the condo - it would have been better to relax if the furniture was more comfortable. The downstairs bed squeaked when you made the slightest move and the mattress was not comfortable at all. The lighting in the downstairs bedroom was not bright at all either. Other than those items, I had no problem with this place.
