This newly renovated, new price, gorgeous 1,315 sq.ft. ground level condo has all of the amenities of a home. It allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys Beach and the sound of the ocean! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy a true beachfront experience with incredible views of the Gulf.
Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes. You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.
Whether you want to chill and soak up the sun on the Beach, explore exciting water sport activities, walk to nice shopping and restaurants, or improve your golf swing at nearby golf courses, there's something for everyone at High Pointe!

My family very much enjoyed our week long vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured, providing us with plenty of room to spread out. The closet full of beach toys was a hit with our son. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect, never taking us more than a 10 min walk to get where we wanted. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful viewWell appointed Conveniently located- were able to walk almost everywhere, which is really important as traffic can be very heavy. Beach is beautiful, well maintained and super convenient.

My family and I have stayed at High Pointe before but never have we had such an incredible condo or host experience. Chris and his team were incredible. We were able to get into the condo a few hours early and any time we needed anything, there was a fast response. The condo was spotless and had many items provided that other hosts do not offer including, extra toiletries, ziplock bags, kitchen supplies, and trash bags. Most hosts provide the bare minimum but Chris and his team went above and beyond. When we come back to 30A, our first choice will always be this unit. We can't wait to return!
