Welcoming tourist accommodation located on the main street in Venice, a few steps from the train station, bus station, and San Marcuola vaporetto stop. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the main city attractions on foot in just 15 minutes. Ideal for those who want to experience Venice with practicality and comfort.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

Quel beau séjour!

L’appartement est impeccable! Ameublement neuf, super bien décoré et équipé et propreté remarquable. De plus, il est situé dans un bâtiment sécuritaire. Le quartier est parfait avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques et une épicerie tout près. Nous recommandons fortement ce logé!

Great Location, quiet

Unit one of Vivaldi Suites was perfectly located to visit Venice. It is a short walk to the train station which made it easy for our roller bags. The unit is three flights up with no elevator. Plan on carrying your luggage up the stairs. The unit is very quiet, spacious and private. It is newly renovated with all new appliances. We had some trouble figuring them out but we’re finally able to get tgem working. European style bedding with ikea (very firm) mattress. Basic soap and supplies provided. There is a grocery close by for obtaining coffee pods and other necessities.

Great Location - not so great host

We enjoyed our time in Venice. This aprtment is in a great location and close to train station. Briefly summarized: the door to our apertment would not lock the 6 days we were there and that was concerning. The host would not respond to our concerns. There was also some black mold beginning to grow around the AC unit in bedroom. The AC unit in the living room was not connected. The apartment is nicely remodeled and was clean with new amenitie s. Perfect Spot

We loved the location of this property because it wasn’t very touristy but we still got the feel of the shops and nice restaurants but without major crowds. It is a walk up so we had our luggage with us but that wasn’t a major issue for us. Very clean and felt safe.
