It is an ideal option to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the beachfront. This apartment has been renovated to offer comfort and functionality, allowing you and your family to make the most of your stay. Simply crossing the street, you will access an extensive golden sand beach with crystal-clear waters that stretches from the port of Salou to Cambrils, as well as the charming seafront promenade perfect for relaxing walks by the sea.

LAYOUT

- Cosy living room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy impressive sea views.

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with capacity for three people (bunk bed + single bed).

- Modern bathroom equipped with a spacious shower.

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including dishwasher for your convenience.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted, only families.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- No lift.

- The accommodation has a washing machine with dryer function.

- Smoking is not permitted (smoke detector)

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Online registration 48h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at the UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Check out before 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Service from Universal Holiday bad, accomodation good

View from the living room and balcony. Everything was clean. The entrance door did not open with the key and it took 2 days until someone came and explained the trick you have to apply to open the door. This was very cumbersome as we were forced to stay in the appartment the whole first day to avoid having to on the street

Las vistas al mar son estupendas. Está bien equipado. Tiene aire acondicionado. Dispone de ventiladores en las habitaciones. Las cerraduras del portal y vivienda son viejas y es difícil abrir. Sería bueno tener una mesa más alta con dos sillas para comer en el balcó balcon. Limpiar la barandilla de la terraza. Una cafetera para café molido. Las cápsulas para la nespresso resulta cara.

Vistas espectaculares

Muy acogedor y con excelentes vistas al mar. Si hubiera aire acondicionado en las habitaciones sería perfecto ya que en los días mas calientes el ventilador no soluciona el problema a la hora de dormir.

Hemos estado genial. ¡Muchas gracias!

El apartamento es precioso. Nos dijeron que lo habían reformado este año y que estabamos de estreno y la verdad una maravilla de limpio y acogedor. La playa justo enfrente y un restaurante muy agradable a 5 min. La chica que nos atendió en la agencia supersimpática. Volveremos!
