This was not our usual rental. The cabin we wanted had issues that made us relocate in a rush. We won't stay at the replacement "Windy Ridge" again.

We’re really sorry things didn’t work out the way you had hoped. We know having to change cabins at the last minute is frustrating, especially when you had already made plans and were expecting to stay somewhere else. We completely understand your disappointment with Windy Ridge and appreciate you giving it a chance. We’re sorry we couldn’t provide the stay you originally planned for.
