Managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd - Villa Crystal is a spectacular designer holiday villa set in the beautiful pine covered hills of Las Colinas just outside Sitges. The villa’s super location offers lovely views across the valley and the rolling hills of the Garraf Natural Park.



Despite its peaceful and private location, the villa is only a 15 to 20-minute drive through attractive vineyards and valleys to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges, with its numerous bars, restaurants, and boutiques as well as its excellent Blue Flag sandy beaches. The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is only a 45-minute drive away and the airport can be reached in just 30 minutes.

Villa Crystal sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open-plan living space, kitchen and dining room have ample space for relaxing and entertaining, with sweeping views of the verdant landscape. The villa's sophisticated design takes advantage of natural light and uses industrial and modern materials to create a fresh and stylish feel.



Entrance level / Top floor

Enter Villa Crystal through the electric gate, where a stone patio provides enough space for 2-3 large vehicles to park. The villa's front entrance leads to the top floor, directly to the open-plan living and dining area, kitchen, and panoramic views of the lush surroundings.



The top floor overlooks the rolling hills and valley below from wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows complimented by industrial faux wood flooring. It has been recently refurbished and offers a large L-shape sofa, an extended dining table that seats up to 12.  The kitchen area is fully equipped with high quality appliances plus a small breakfast bar.



There is a guest bathroom with a toilet and washbasin on this level.







First floor

The metal and glass staircase leads down to the first floor to find 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large master suite.



The first bedroom on the left contains a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with lovely views. The room has tile flooring, air conditioning for hot summer nights and black-out blinds for peaceful sleep.



The adjacent bedroom on this level has matching features as the previous room, with the addition of a patio with stairs that lead to the pool area.



A stylish bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower is shared between these 2 rooms and contains a door to the utility area.



To the right of the staircase is a huge master suite featuring a double and single bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, black-out blinds, an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace. The ensuite bathroom offers a bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. The master suite terrace has stairs leading down to the pool as well as stairs going up to the entrance.



Ground Floor

Make your way down to the ground floor to find 2 double/twin rooms, a bathroom, gym, and cinema room. This level has tile flooring throughout and direct access to the pool area.



The first bedroom contains a double bed, black-out blinds, and a fan, and has sliding doors leading to the pool area.



The second bedroom on this level offers twin beds that can slide together to form a double. It also contains a separate single bed for the convenience of an extra guest. The bathroom on this floor has a toilet, sink and large walk-in shower.



This level of Villa Crystal has a gym with all the necessary equipment to keep up your fitness while on holiday. A fresh breeze fills the room through glass doors opening to the pool area. This spacious room also contains a cinema area for cosy movie nights.

Bedroom 5 – Ground floor – double/twin, black-out blinds, fan.



A Zbed can be placed in either the master suite or bedroom 5.

Bathroom 3 – 1st floor – Ensuite - bath separate walk-in shower, double washbasins, bidet, toilet.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA



Villa Crystal overlooks a beautiful private swimming pool area and spacious outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying the warm Spanish sunshine. Look out at spectacular views of Garraf Natural Park while you barbeque with family or friends and sun yourself next to the pool.



The raindrop-shaped pool is surrounded by numerous lounge chairs and a beautiful stone seating area. This wide-open space has a clean artificial lawn, perfect for kids who wish to play or for adults to mingle.



Ideal for entertaining the whole family, the covered, outdoor kitchen is equipped with everything you need to host the perfect parrillada (Spanish barbeque). This space is complete with a fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher, a large built-in barbeque for wood or coals, and seating for twelve people.



Lush tropical plants encircle the area, while two sets of stairs lead up to two of the villa's bedroom terraces, and up to the entrance of the property.

Off street parking for 2 to 3 medium sized cars.

– Nearest supermarkets/cafes 5 minutes drive.

– House is not suitable for elderly, restricted mobility or wheelchair users.

– The pool is not fenced and so young children should be supervised at all times.

– Although a local bus and taxi service is available, we recommend having access to a car to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.
