Charming apartment inside Palazzo Spada, a prestigious eighteenth-century listed building and located in an elegant street a few steps from the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore. Its central location will allow you to walk to the city's main attractions, restaurants and local amenities.
Going up the stairs (there is no elevator considering its ancient structure) you can admire the frescoed vaulted ceiling and breathe the Renaissance atmosphere.
Entrance to an elegant living room with a sofa, which can become a bed to accommodate the 5th guest (dimensions: L186 cm, D110 cm).
The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, gas stove, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
Two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms, equipped with bedside tables, clothes stands, night tables, modern and design lighting. In the main one you will find a relaxation corner overlooking the frescoed inner courtyard. Very quiet apartment.
Towels and bed linen are of a high hotel standard (Frette brand).
Washing machine, iron and ironing board available for use.
Bathroom (shower and bidet) modern and functional, equipped with a single-dose detergent and hairdryer (with diffuser).

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- Access for guests via self check-in from 3 p.m. via mobile phone (active data/rooming connection required), while check-out is by 10 a.m.
- Access only by stairs (spacious and not steep), it is a 2nd and last floor.
